Team-Building By Breaking-Down
We kick back, break the ice and learn to see our teammates in a new light in a fun, engaging and unexpected way. We combine psychology and business to normalize our thoughts and feelings in the workplace, while finding ways to challenging our deeply held beliefs.
Intentionally Resetting: Pressing Pause
After a month, quarter or year of being go-go-go, we allocate time and create space to be intentional about what we want to leave behind and what's no longer serving us. We pay attention to our nostalgia use that to help define an intentional future.
Leading Consciously & Combatting Biases
What are biases, anyway? In this session, we identify, normalize (we're all guilty of them!) and challenge our own biases. We introduce what it means to be a conscious leader and how to recognize when you are and aren't in that space.
What's the REAL Problem?
It's easy to fall into the trap of solving the problem right in front of us with a quick-fix, only to run the same one again down the road. The session will introduce Design Thinking and explore how it can be used to help answer the question "what's the REAL problem?"
Communicating Clearly: Playing Catch
Our ability to communicate effectively is assessed by the receiver, not the sender. This workshop breaks down 4 specific communication styles, how to identify our own and others' and how to communicate best for other styles.
